DEL staff gain Marine Mammal Observation (MMO) qualifications

We now have two staff members fully trained and JNCC certified in Marine Mammal Observation (MMO).  We are pleased to be adding yet another discipline to our skill set and look forward to exploring further opportunities undertaking offshore survey with clients old and new.

DEL staff gain tree climbing qualifications

Three Direct Ecology staff recently undertook – and passed – a City & Guilds course in Basic Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue. This course is an essential pre-requisite for any tree climbing activity, and greatly enhances the company’s ability in the area of tree-based bat survey work. Congratulations to Beccy, Jenny and Mike!
